Viewing EDRs and Generating Reports

Event Data Records (EDRs) store data of your outbound SMS messages for the past six months. 

To access the EDRs, click SMS in the main menu on the left and then expand the EDRs tab. You can sort data by clicking on column titles.

Viewing EDR records

Field Description
MCC/MNC Mobile country code/mobile network code.
Date Date and time in UTC  when the SMS was sent.
Sender name Sender ID (name or number).
DNIS Destination number.
Network Mobile network of the SMS subscriber.
Country Country of the SMS subscriber.
Status SMS status. You can find the description of possible statuses in the Response format section of the HTTP(S) API‍ article.
Rate The rate per message in your chosen currency (EUR or USD).

To generate an EDR report:

  1. Set time range either by selecting a preset (last seven days, last 30 days, etc.) or manually setting the first and last day in the interactive calendar.
  2. Then click SEARCH.
    Search EDR records
  3. The system will display EDRs for the chosen time range. 
  4. Click the button on the right to download a report as a zipped CSV file. If you need to access information generated earlier, click GENERATED REPORTS.

  5. It will take some time for the system to process your request.Generated reports
  6. When the report is ready, you can download it by clicking on the download button. It will be available in generated reports for seven days.
